This is a video of the girls dancing to one of their Mickey Mouse videos. Brian edited it to make it look old timey and added music. I never knew he was so talented! I don't know why it cut off some of the text at the beginning. The girls love to dance and tonite Addyson was really into it. I think it will make you smile!

Cousins!
Wow! What a week we have had! The girls went to music camp with Mason and Hudson at their church and then Jackson and Aunt Leah came to visit for a few days. The kids sang and danced, played, bounced, swam, and ate lots of yummy food! We were so happy to have Jackson and Leah here. When we went to the zoo with them a couple of months ago, I had a lady ask me if I had triplets or quads. Jackson is only a month younger than the girls and has alot of the same features (blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes) so I can see why she may have thought that. Now I always call Jackson our "quad." The girls love playing with him and were so excited when they woke up and he was here. Jackson will be a big brother soon and we can't wait to welcome little Grant into the family. We love you guys!

Can you tell who liked bouncing the best?
Everytime Jackson went into the girls room he would
start dancing. I think he thought the rug was a
dance floor or something. It was too funny!

Footloose and Paci Free!
Yes, that's right folks, as of Wednesday our house is pacifier free! I had a goal to get rid of them this summer and decided there was no better time than the present. I didn't know if I was really going to be able to do it but the girls did so well with the transition. There was some serious screaming the first nite we put them to bed without them but after that it has been smooth sailing! I am so proud of the girls! I took them toy shopping on Friday as a reward and then we went out to eat. We also got to play outside for the first time in weeks because we had some rain that morning and brought a welcome relief from all the awful heat we have been having. Here are a few pics from our fun Friday!

Only Child for a Day
Addyson and I made another trip to Houston for a follow up appointment with her orthopedist. On the way back we had lunch and did a little shopping at the outlet mall. I think Addyson really enjoyed the one on one time with mommy, and so did I! She was such a little ham at the doctor's office, smiling and giggling and waving to all the nurses. Brooklyn and Caitlyn stayed with Dodie and had a great time as well. They went out to lunch and played at the mall. It felt so weird only having one child. It was nice to be able to devote all my attention to her and go out in public without being the spectacle that we usually are. But I was so glad to get home and see my other two girls! Having one is nice but I wouldn't trade my three for anything!!!

Houston Children's Museum
Last week I packed up the girls and we headed to Houston to stay with my parents for a few days. Our trip was cut short because the girls got sick, weren't sleeping well, and were super fussy. So we came home early to go to the doctor. The girls had some kind of virus and are starting to feel better. We did manage to have one outing while in Houston. We visited the Houston Children's Museum and the girls played in the toddler area. I think they had a good time despite feeling under the weather!

4th of July at the ranch
We spent our long holiday weekend at the ranch with Brian's family. The girls haven't been there in over six months. I knew they were going to love all of the open space and they did. They played with big trucks, went swimming, rocked in their rocking chairs and ran all over the place. One of the highlights of the trip was Brian and I taking the girls on their first ride in the Ranger. Seeing the girls have so much fun made up for the rough car ride we had getting there.....Four hours is a long ride with three tired toddlers!
